Pay the Fare to get started

Each package is billed on a subscription basis, which keeps your budget and project calendar running smoothly. Once we receive payment, we schedule your digital project to the calendar. A subscription payment is due and payable for the implementation of a month to month assignment. Here are the payment policies:

Brand Lift Packages:

A Ride Across Town *Pay the Fare schedule is as follows: At least 50% of the total is due for non-refundable deposit, 50% is due upon review for the commencement of a single Project Plan. 100% of the total is due and non-refundable for implementation of a month to month assignment. Discounts are made for regularly scheduled monthly projects and repeat clients.

Drive in the Fast Lane – *Pay the Fare schedule is as follows: At least 50% of the total is due for non-refundable deposit, 50% is due upon review for the commencement of a single Project Plan. 100% of the total is due and non-refundable for implementation of a month to month assignment. Discounts are made for regularly scheduled monthly projects and repeat clients.

Take Me to the Airport – *Pay the Fare schedule is as follows: At least 50% of the total is due for non-refundable deposit, 50% is due upon review for the commencement of a single Project Plan. 100% of the total is due and non-refundable for implementation of a month to month assignment. Discounts are made for regularly scheduled monthly projects and repeat clients.

Individual Services:

Consulting – *Pay the Fare schedule is as follows: 100% of the total is due and non-refundable for scheduling of an hour of consulting time. First hour is scheduled on the calendar for either phone, screen share, or in person consultation. Discounts are made for regularly scheduled monthly calls and repeat clients. Training is one-on-one via phone, screen share, or in person meetings.

Web Design – *Pay the Fare as follows: At least 50% of the total is due for non-refundable deposit, 25% is due upon review of proof of concept, and the the final payment of the remaining 25% is due at site launch. Complete written project plan is optional, but recommended. Domain registration & website hosting charges not be included. Logo design not included. Client provides material for the website (copy and artwork) If you don’t provide content within 10 days, final amount of suggested fare is due. At that time, we will show you how to add your own content. If a complete build-out of content is required, client must also add matching one month Web Maintenance Service.

WordPress Maintenance – *Pay the Fare as follows: 100% of the total is due and non-refundable for implementation of a month to month assignment. If one of these packages are added as a one time only charge in addition to a Web Design Package, then 100% of package total is due for this portion of your itemized notice, such as a retainer.

Social Media Management – *Pay the Fare as follows: 100%  of the total is due and non-refundable for implementation of a month to month assignment. If one of these packages are added as a one time only suggested fare in addition to a Web Design Package, then 100% of package total is due for this portion of your itemized service, such as a retainer.

Facebook Ads Optimizing – *Pay the Fare schedule is as follows: 100% of the total is due and non-refundable for scheduling of an hour of consulting time. First hour is scheduled on the calendar for either phone, screen share, or in person consultation. Discounts are made for regularly scheduled monthly calls and repeat clients. Training is one-on-one via phone, screen share, or in person meetings.
